I had a marvellous stay at Cairns Sheridan Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with large comfortable mattresses that made for a delightful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, who provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

The room had a great view, spacious and comfortable. The bed felt luxurious, making it easy to sleep well. I appreciated the convenience of late check-out due to our flight. the breakfast experience was disappointing. The quality of the cooked buffet breakfast was below standard and not very appetizing. Plus, the service in the restaurant felt lacking, with staff not being attentive. The gym was inadequate – tiny and without proper ventilation or amenities. Minor upgrades could make a big difference to enhance the overall experience.

The Deluxe Twin Room was super comfy. It had all the necessary stuff, a big bathroom, and even a balcony with a table for working. There was a fridge, tea/coffee maker, and the shower was great. Staff helped book a taxi and were really nice. Close to shops and the airport, easy peasy!

The air conditioning was not functioning properly, which led to an uncomfortable musty smell in the room. I experienced quite a bit of road noise that disturbed my sleep, making it difficult to relax fully. Ultimately, the lack of attention to maintaining the facilities significantly impacted my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the spacious room that had a stunning view and the hearty breakfast that set me up for the day. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. Just a small note, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, but it didn't take away from my experience. 🏖️

This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and relaxing saltwater pool. On my first stay, the staff were so helpful with local info. I highly recommend trying the delicious food in the restaurant. I'll be back for a romantic escape!
